Graphic Design Retainer Details:

• We ask for a 3 month minimum commitment. We will re-evaluate at the end of the first 3 months to make sure you have enough hours for your work. Contracts can also be 6, 9, or 12 months.

• We will provide services for the set number of hours per month. Extra hours required for the project, if needed, will be billed at a rate of $75 per hour.

• We make your projects a priority and plan our workload to allocate time to your projects. Unused hours expire at the end of each month.

• We will send you an invoice on the first day of each month. Invoice will include the monthly retainer rate and any additional charges from previous month.

Included Services:

• Print Materials – sales sheets, direct mailers, brochures, event programs, signage

• Digital Materials – email templates, social media graphics, blog banners, and other web graphics, social media posts

• Ad Design - print and web ads
  Services do not include additional costs like stock photography & fonts

• Website Updates- images, text, updated layout, backend trouble shooting, plugin updates

• Consultation services- helping you brainstorm design or marketing ideas for your project, teaching you how to use WordPress or Squarespace

• Additional services are available upon request.

SCHEDULING WORK

• You can request new projects or work through our client project board, by email or through a work request form.

• Turnaround time: Typically I can take care of smaller projects within 2-3 business days.

• Large work requests can be scheduled for specific days of the month or to meet a specific deadline. We ask for 7 days notice for a large project so we can block out time.

• Retainer clients are prioritized in our schedule which means we make it our business to get your requests done quickly.

• Additional Hours: If you need more hours one month than you have in the retainer, we will bill you for the additional hours at a discounted $75 design rate. If you are consistently needing additional hours, we can adjust your retainer plan for cost savings.
