For most on Demand Packages (other than monthly retainers) the hours last for one year from purchase.
Monthly retainer hours expire at the end of each month.

If a larger scope project comes up and you need a few additional hours to add to your bundle, you will be offered a la carte hours at a discounted rate.

Large work requests can be scheduled for specific days of the month or to meet a specific deadline. We ask for 7 days notice for a large project so we can block out time.

Retainer clients are prioritized in our schedule which means we make it our business to get your requests done quickly.
Typically I can take care of smaller projects within 2-3 business days.

VIP Design Days allow you to efficiently develop simple, branding, web designs, or other supporting design elements that you feel proud to show off! The work is completed in a dedicated block of time with feedback and revisions happening in real time.

MONTHLY RETAINER
